In Stephen Downes' OLDaily we are alerted that 700 Hispanic universities can now offer electronic courses using RSS. The original press release is in Spanish so Stephen uses Google's automatic translation facility to give us monoglots a chance of envying the insight of those behind the scenes of Universia, the Hispanic world's largest university portal, in adopting this approach to course syndication.
